essential oils to remove tension and relax the entire body.
Mild to moderate pressure.

Deep Tissue Massage
​
Therapeutic Massage technique working on the deeper layer of muscles
and tendons of the body. Beneficial for chronically tight areas causing
tension and stress. Moderate pressure.

Massage of Choice with Aromatherapy and Essential Oils
​
The choice of relaxation, deep tissue massage and or reflexology combined with fragrant essential and aromatherapy oils to help relax and release tension and stress.
Focused Massage
Using Touch for Health Muscle testing and balancing with massage to focus on specific areas where there are problems. Perfect for those who suffer from chronic conditions such as stiff or sore shoulder or neck, lower back pain, tension headaches, migraines or chronic pain.

REFLEXOLOGY

The feet are considered mini-maps of the human body with specific reflex points reflecting the different organs of the body.
Using pressure massage techniques on these points of the feet helps to relieve tension and stress, increase circulation and promote balance and a sense of wellbeing.
